Who runs this site
This site is run by Roberto Butinar as a private person, to present ADE, an open-source project. For any question about your data, write to roberto.butinar@gmail.com.
No cookies, no tracking
The public pages set no cookies, keep nothing in your browser, and use no analytics, ads, external fonts or third-party scripts. The videos are served by this site itself, not by a video platform. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner.
What is processed, and by whom
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and the details of each request (the page, your browser) in order to serve and protect the site. Vercel keeps these runtime logs for a short time (about one hour on this site's plan) under its own privacy policy.
- Ask the agent. The question you type is sent to the API of Anthropic PBC, which writes the answer. This site does not store or log the text of your question. Under Anthropic's policy, API inputs and outputs are deleted within 30 days and are not used to train its models. Please do not type personal data into it.
- Usage limits for the agent. To keep the agent within its limits, the site counts questions per visitor per hour using a short one-way fingerprint of the IP address, never the address itself. That counter expires after an hour. The site also counts questions per day and spending per month, with no personal data.
- Team access. When the sign-in area for team members is open, it uses one strictly necessary session cookie and your work email address, so that it can send a one-time code through an email delivery provider. It also keeps a log of which address opened which page and when, with no content, for 90 days.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest in running and protecting the site, and in answering the questions you choose to ask (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For team access, the same interest in limiting access to the people it is meant for.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, at the contact above. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. This site keeps almost nothing that is linked to you, so most requests will concern data held by Vercel or Anthropic, which this site will help you reach.
